Cancellation Policy

■ Cancellationbefore entering Japan

If the applicant declines オンラインカジノルーレット enroll due オンラインカジノルーレット circumstances, please submit a written request at least one day before the entrance ceremony. We will ask you オンラインカジノルーレット return the Certificate of Eligibility and the Letter of Acceptance, and refund the tuition after confirming the documents. If your visa is not issued by the consulate, you will also need オンラインカジノルーレット submit a non-issuance stamp in your passport.

■ Cancellationafter entering Japan

If the applicant declines enrollment due オンラインカジノルーレット circumstances, the first 6 months of tuition is non-refundable; the remaining tuition, excluding the 6 months of tuition, will be refunded upon confirmation of the applicant’s returning home country.

■ Cancellationafter enrollment

If you wish オンラインカジノルーレット terminate the course in the middle of the term (after attending the entrance ceremony and starting classes), you will need オンラインカジノルーレット consult with us and notify us. Upon receipt of the notification, the remaining tuition for the next term and thereafter, excluding the first six months of tuition, will be refunded. However, refunds will be made in three-month increments, and a cancellation administration fee of 20% of the refund amount will be charged.
